Not everyone can write.
Most people feel they can write because they simply did a few essays in school. Writing is an art that cannot be acquired. However, you can always improve your writing by reading more and writing even more. When writing, you put down what your heart, mind and thoughts feel. You should not lose hope because your article did not meet the target that you had planned, you can look for other things that are in line with writing like proofreading, transcription, and many more. Writing is certainly a calling.

ORPHANED BY HIV
BUT WHY US?
That day when my mother died, I went to the bedroom as I was
used to every morning only to realize wow alright she is no longer here. Coming
to terms was a huge task, imagine having someone in your life only to realize
that you will not see them again. Of course, death is expected everywhere, but
we try to brush it off our minds. HIV has become an epidemic in our current
world, it is neither rational or disease for those who are indecent, no. There
are various ways by which you can get infected, but people tend to judge
because obviously, they know more than the affected individual.
I remember having a heavy heart trying to understand how I
would survive without a parent as every orphan child wonders at a given time in
their lives. Being an orphan is not good, it is not okay, people tend to think
that orphans are fine if they have a guardian, but what if the guardian never
wanted to have kids, doesn't that mean that you will have to undergo stress
until you reach an age where you are lawfully allowed to live alone? Do you
think that foster homes are fun? Certainly not, I would have gone there. It is
one thing to be an orphan and another to have been orphaned by HIV, everyone
looks at you like a sinner. Why should you judge us because of a virus that
decided to thrive in our mother's body?
Many children, teenagers, and young adults go through so
much to survive in a world of people who have closed their eyes and ears on
them. What are you doing for the orphan child next door? One time I sat down
crying, trying to figure out where I would get sanitary towels, I wished my
neighbor next door who was baking a sweet-smelling cake would stop and help me
out. Unfortunately, the world we live in is cruel. As cruel as it is, you will
always find strength from such disappointments, if I never went through all
that, if I was never orphaned by HIV who would be writing this piece? See how
things work? The disappointments and situations of today may make you want to
sleep and never wake up but remember there is a brighter tomorrow. It sounds
unpromising I know I was once there, I did not know that things would
eventually take a positive turn. Be encouraged, do what you can when you can.
If there is an orphaned child in your neighborhood try and reach out to them,
maybe they seem alright, dressed well, neat but inside they are burning with
pain and strife. Reach out and help their lives take a positive turn.
Sculpt your image you're an artist
Weight loss is a journey they say, but they forget to tell
you that it's also an art. "How can I lose weight?" is one of the
most searched questions on the internet. You will get an immediate response
with different weight loss methods, but they are all useless. If you can
embrace the fact that weight loss is an art more than it is science, you are
good to go.
Unfortunately, most people follow the science because it is
too easy, it tells you to create a caloric deficit, and you will have an
hourglass shape, reduce stress levels as with stress you release cortisol a
hormone that causes weight gain, lies. Science dares to tell you to drink water
before meals knowing very well that it has informed you before that you should
take water 10 minutes after your meals. Oh, science I am tempted to ask why you
behave this way. Now, you need to know that for successful weight loss you must
ignore the science as it is bound to mislead you.
If you were only interested in the science behind weight
loss, I would tell you to workout intensely, eat twice a day, drink more eat
less, run for miles every day, eliminate carbohydrates from your diet as they
make you "FAT" and so much that is indeed not helpful. If you believe
in the science, go ahead try it out then come back with results. You can never
argue with results.
However, you may be looking for the art; now we can talk. If
you are looking to create a masterpiece of yourself, then lay down science and
become an artist. Start sculpting your body until you get your desired results.
Don't sweat it; I am not here to tell you about workouts, fasting and
everything you read on those fad diet sites.
The first and most vital thing is to harness your willpower.
If you are a passionate artist, you are bound to create a piece of art that
will amaze your audience. Do this for yourself; weight loss comes from within.
Come up with a goal. You cannot decide to do something
unless you want to get somewhere. For example, the reason as to why I am
writing this incredible article is so that I can create awareness about weight
loss and become a published author with Thrive Global.
Decide and start. Procrastination will only make you gain
more weight without a doubt.
Avoid negative energy. People can make you lose it, stay
away from negative folks; they will tempt you, they will buy cookies and
doughnuts and eat while you salivate without considering the effort you have
put into losing weight. Move away from them if you can.
Motivate yourself, do not lose weight because of how people
see you, because of that dress that no longer fits. Have a strategic way to
motivate yourself like being healthy, enhancing physical strength. With such
measures, you are most likely going to win.
Lose weight through efficacy. Tell yourself that you can do
this, you have no option but to eat healthily and to do workouts that are
suitable for you.
If you set your mind and priorities right, then your weight
loss journey will be a success. You don't need to beat yourself up in the name
of weight loss, take every single day at a time, and you will achieve your
target.

Keep your oral hygiene i mean it only logic
use toothpaste or mouthwash that does not contain sodium lauryl sulfate.
Rinse your mouth with warm salty water or baking soda.
